Distribution Line Superintendent
In this role, you’ll lead and develop Utility Foremen while overseeing distribution operations, resource allocation, reliability, safety and compliance, storm readiness, and emergency response across Entergy’s electric network.
What you’ll do
- Lead and coordinate multiple Utility Foremen and field operations.
- Manage workload, resources, materials, equipment, and budgets.
- Monitor network performance, maintain accurate records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Drive storm readiness and direct field crews during restoration events.
What you’ll bring
Education
- Bachelor's degree in related field or the equivalent relavant work experience.
Experience
- 7+ years of utility experience and demonstrated electric system understanding.
- 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience.
Knowledge & leadership
- Strong electric distribution line construction, operations, and maintenance knowledge.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
