Manufacturing

MACHINISTS III (01X) - 2ND & 3RD SHIFTS

Join our team as an advanced Machinist and work with a wide range of manual, conventional and CNC machine tools to produce complex gas turbine components to exacting standards. You’ll set up and operate equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, boring machines and EDM, interpret blueprints and CNC programs, select tooling and fixtures, and use precision measuring equipment to ensure every component meets specification. You’ll also troubleshoot machining challenges, support continuous improvement and take ownership of safety, quality and productivity. We’re looking for an experienced machinist with a high school diploma/GED and at least 2 years’ machine shop experience or equivalent advanced training and hands-on experience. You’ll need strong skills across multiple machining processes, the ability to work independently with complex drawings and tight tolerances, and experience using precision inspection equipment.

Pay Rate: $38.17 - $39.49 per hour eligible for a $1.00/hour shift premium on 2nd and 3rd

MACHINISTS II (01A) - 3RD SHIFT

Join our team as a CNC Machinist and play a key role in manufacturing and repairing precision gas turbine components. You’ll set up and operate a range of CNC machines, including mills, lathes, grinders, machining centers and EDM, interpret blueprints and work instructions, select tooling and fixtures, and use precision measuring equipment to ensure components meet exact specifications. You’ll also troubleshoot routine machining issues, support continuous improvement and maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity. We’re looking for someone with a high school diploma/GED and at least 1 year of machining experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment, or equivalent training and hands-on experience. You’ll need experience working to tight tolerances, following technical instructions and using precision inspection equipment.

ASSEMBLERS II (02A) - 3RD SHIFT

Join our team and play a hands-on role in assembling and fitting large-scale gas turbine and compressor components. You’ll interpret engineering drawings, align and fit precision components, use cranes, lifting equipment and a range of hand and power tools, and carry out quality checks to ensure everything meets specification. You’ll also help solve production challenges, support your team and contribute to continuous improvement, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. We’re looking for someone with a high school diploma/GED and at least 2 years’ manufacturing or industrial assembly experience, with strong blueprint-reading and mechanical fit-up/alignment skills. You should be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces, lifting up to 40 lbs., and using measuring and inspection equipment.

Quality Assurance

QUALITY ASSURANCE OPERATORS – LIQUID PENETRANT AND MAGNETIC PARTICLE (08A) - 2ND SHIFT

Join our quality team as an NDT Technician and help ensure critical gas turbine components meet the highest standards. You’ll carry out Liquid Penetrant and Magnetic Particle inspections, perform in-process and final quality checks, interpret blueprints, use precision measuring equipment, and support defect resolution and rework. You’ll also maintain accurate inspection records, contribute to problem solving and continuous improvement, and take ownership of safety, quality and compliance. We’re looking for someone with a high school diploma/GED and at least 1 year of quality or manufacturing experience, with Level II NDT certification or the ability to complete Level II certification requirements within 6 months. You’ll need strong blueprint-reading and precision measurement skills and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and wear required PPE.
