Who is this not for? 

This is not a formal application page. Candidates who are actively looking for a role should still apply through the Compass Group career site. 

This is also not the place for “I met this person once and they seemed nice.” We love nice. Use this page for people you genuinely believe our recruiters should know. 

What happens after you submit someone? 

Once you share a referral, our Talent Acquisition team will review the information and determine where there may be a potential fit across Compass Group. 

If there is a strong match, a recruiter may reach out right away to start a conversation. If there is not an immediate fit, we will keep them in our talent pool. 

Submitting someone does not guarantee an interview, offer, or immediate follow-up. It does help us build a strong network of high-quality talent and that is exactly the point.

Give us who you’ve got. Our recruiters are talented, resourceful, and mildly concerning in their ability to find people with very little information, but a name plus some useful context will save everyone a few internet rabbit holes.
