You've spent enough time in facilities, operations, engineering, environmental services, maintenance and support services to know who consistently gets the job done.
You know the leaders who keep buildings running, teams engaged, clients happy, and operations moving forward, even when things don't go according to plan.
We're looking for the operators, facilities leaders, engineers, maintenance professionals, client relationship builders, problem solvers, and calm under pressure experts who stand out in our industry.
They don't have to be actively searching for a new opportunity. They don't need a polished résumé. They simply need to be someone you would hire, recommend, follow, or be excited to work alongside again.
You bring the talent. We'll take it from there.
This is not a formal application page. Candidates who are actively looking for a role should still apply through the Compass Group career site.
This is also not the place for “I met this person once and they seemed nice.” We love nice. Use this page for people you genuinely believe our recruiters should know.
What happens after you submit someone?
Once you submit a referral, our Talent Acquisition team will review the information and assess potential opportunities across Compass Group Support Services.
If there's a strong alignment with current or future needs, a recruiter may reach out to start a conversation. If there isn't an immediate fit, we'll keep their information in our talent network for future opportunities.
Submitting a referral does not guarantee an interview, offer, or immediate follow-up. What it does do is help us build a stronger pipeline of exceptional facilities and support services talent.
And that's exactly the goal.
Tell us who we should know
Share the people who make a difference.
Tell us who they are, what they do, and what makes them exceptional. Whether they're leading facilities operations, managing critical environments, building high-performing teams, improving client experiences, or solving complex operational challenges, we want to hear about them.
A name and a little context go a long way.
Help us identify the talent that keeps workplaces, facilities, and operations running at their best.
