What happens after you submit someone?
Once you share a referral, our Talent Acquisition team will review the information and determine where there may be a potential fit across Compass Group.
If there is a strong match, a recruiter may reach out right away to start a conversation. If there is not an immediate fit, we will keep them in our talent pool.
Submitting someone does not guarantee an interview, offer, or immediate follow-up. It does help us build a strong network of high-quality talent and that is exactly the point.
