Your role in the model: build high-performing delivery teams and help shape the next generation of Partner-Led Services through senior, hands-on VCF 9 consulting.
Take unified responsibility for implementation, integration, security, operations, troubleshooting, and client delivery—not isolated components.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to validate requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Maintain clear documentation of configurations, changes, and operating procedures for the environments you deliver.
The platform depth and consulting judgment needed to succeed as a VCF 9 Senior Consultant.
Required qualifications
Experience implementing and operating VMware Cloud Foundation or software-defined data center environments.
Strong hands-on experience with NSX, including overlay networking, Tier-0/Tier-1 gateways, and routing.
Experience with vSAN, including modern architectures such as ESA or high-performance storage environments.
Experience performing lifecycle management activities such as upgrades, patching, and environment maintenance.
Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments.
Required skills
Implement solutions, manage expectations, and deliver successful client outcomes.
Deploy and integrate compute, network, storage, and operations as one platform.
Migrate and onboard existing environments into the VCF framework.
Configure routing, segmentation, distributed firewalling, and VPC networking.
Run upgrades, patching, and ongoing management with SDDC Manager.
Diagnose full-stack issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Create clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
