What you'll own
Engineer the Prisma Access foundation
Own architecture, policy, identity, performance, and operational readiness across cloud-delivered security services.
02 · Control
Policy Configuration
Manage routing and security controls including BGP, IPsec and SSL tunnels, URL and Threat profiles, and SSL decryption.
03 · Authenticate
Identity Integration
Configure SAML, SSO, MFA, certificates, and identity-aware access policies that enforce Zero Trust principles.
04 · Optimize
Optimization & Troubleshooting
Analyze performance and packet captures, isolate root causes, resolve complex connectivity issues, and configure ADEM.
05 · Operationalize
Documentation
Create clear HLDs, LLDs, runbooks, implementation guides, and change plans that make delivery repeatable and supportable.
Required Qualifications
Prisma Access expertise. Enterprise networking depth.
Bring the hands-on networking, security, and identity expertise to deploy and operate secure access at enterprise scale.
Prisma Access delivery
4 to 10+ years in enterprise networking and cybersecurity, including hands-on Palo Alto Prisma Access deployment experience.
Network protocol fluency
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IPsec VPN, web proxy architecture, and public key infrastructure.
Zero Trust security stack
Strong command of NGFW, ZTNA, secure web gateway, CASB, and the architectural principles behind Zero Trust.
Platform administration
Practical administration experience with Prisma Access Cloud Managed and/or Panorama-managed environments.
Identity and certificates
Hands-on identity and certificate integration experience spanning SAML, SSO, MFA, and PKI.
Preferred credentials
PCNSE or Palo Alto Networks Systems Engineer (PSE) credentials are preferred and demonstrate platform depth.
