This role is fully onsite, working Monday - Friday from our Irving, TX, office. Whether you start as an Account Executive or a Sr. Account Executive depends on your experience and the impact you showcase throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new business bookings and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline.
- Generate interest, qualify leads, and convert them into customers.
- Identify business problems and match them to our solutions.
- Exceed sales goals through effective prospecting and closing.
- Execute value-selling with enthusiasm and knowledge.
- Collaborate with various teams and resources.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue.
- Communicate hireEZ's value proposition clearly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience selling SaaS, technology, consulting, or relative services within the technology ecosystem.
- Experience in a high-activity sales environment with a consistent track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual quota.
- Excellent presentation skills, written communication, and phone skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
