We are currently seeking to fill the role of an AI Engineer at our MTV, CA office.
Job Responsibilities
- Developing AI Agents for hireEZ CRM
- Fine-tuning LLMs
- Extracting insights from CRM data
- Building APIs for AI model integration
- Ensuring robustness in AI applications
- Collaborating with the product team for improvements
- Staying updated on AI advancements
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, in-context learning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Proficiency in NLP, deep learning, transformer models like GPT/BERT, and knowledge of AI agent frameworks.
- Experience in LLM integration, reinforcement learning, and AI-powered chatbot or agent development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields is required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
