MQ-4C Triton System Support

Serve as a technician supporting MQ-4C Triton system testing, integration, and troubleshooting.

Flight Test and Payload Integration

Support flight test integration, payload integration, ground control station (GCS) systems, and aircraft subsystems.

Functional Checkouts and Diagnostics

Perform functional checkouts, system-level diagnostics, and component-level troubleshooting on MQ-4C air vehicle and support systems.

Installation Assistance

Assist in the installation and removal of systems, wiring, and test equipment on unmanned air vehicles and support platforms.

Documentation Interpretation

Interpret and work from engineering drawings, test plans, and technical manuals (NAVAIR publications, TWOs, IETMs).

Data Collection and Reporting

Collect, analyze, and report test data; provide input to test documentation and anomaly reports.

Coordination in Classified Environments

Coordinate with test directors, system engineers, and security personnel in classified lab and hangar environments.

Compliance and Safety

Ensure compliance with configuration management, safety protocols, and security procedures.

NRO Experience & Customer Connections

Extensive experience working with the NRO and strong connections within the specific customer community.

Market Analysis & Strategic Planning

Perform market analysis, strategic business planning, capture strategy/solution development, customer engagement and support proposal responses.

Customer Contact & Opportunity Management

Oversight of customer contact and positioning, management of opportunity pipeline, forecasting, and capture management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Business Development, Financial, Proposal, Product, Contracts, and Engineering teams.

SCIF & Remote Work

Work in a SCIF from time to time or remotely; communicate via phone and Teams for virtual meetings; travel to meet customers and key personnel in person.

Industry Representation & Travel

Travel to trade conferences and shows to represent the company in front of industry partners and customers.

Customer & Budget Research

Research Govwin, NXTLS, Deltek, OUSD, and customer sites to find customer information and budget data to build and maintain sales pipeline.

Business Development Lifecycle & Market Knowledge

Understanding of full business development lifecycle, competitive landscape, and existing contracts within USSF, NRO, Space Domain Awareness, or COCOMs.
