United Veterinary Care operates a growing network of 100+ veterinary hospitals across 23 states, united by a commitment to high-quality medicine, collaborative teams, and supportive work environments.
Our External Referral Program rewards individuals who help connect talented veterinarians with opportunities across our hospitals. If you refer a veterinarian who joins our team, you’ll receive a $10,000 referral bonus, paid in installments after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
It’s our way of recognizing the power of professional connections and thanking those who help us continue building exceptional veterinary teams.
How the Referral Program Works

Submit Candidate
Use the online Referral Submission Form to submit a qualified Veterinarian.
Connect with a Recruiter
Once submitted, one of our Recruiters will connect with the referral about career opportunities.
Candidate Interview
The candidate must interview and accept the position offered.
Bonus Structure
One bonus will be paid per candidate, disbursed in installments after the hire's 90th date of employment.

Bonus Eligibility
To qualify for the $10,000 Referral Bonus:
Submit Referral
Referred Veterinarians must be submitted through the online Referral Submission Form
No Prior Affiliation
Ensure the referral has no prior affiliation with United Veterinary Care or one of our hospitals.
Candidate Interview
The candidate must interview and accept the position offered.
Employment Requirement
Must be employed for 20 or more hours per week.
