PARKING:
Please park in the Pueblo parking structure on the corner of Castillo and West Pueblo, and bring your ticket inside with you to have it validated in the front lobby at the end of the day. You will receive your employee badge and parking pass at orientation.
I-9 DOCUMENTS:
Your USCIS Form I-9 and supporting documents to establish identity and work eligibility are required at check in for orientation. Please bring original documents; we cannot accept copies/photos. See the I-9 List of Acceptable Documents for details.

Common Questions
Start with Confidence
Orientation starts promptly at 8am we recommend arriving up to an hour early, in order to park, check-in and complete I-9 paperwork.
We recommend everyone wear comfortable shoes as you will participate in a tour of the facilities.
- Clinical Staff - scrubs
- Non-Clinical Staff - business casual (no jeans or open-toed shoes)
You will receive your employee badge at orientation along with your parking permit (if applicable).
Yes, Cottage Health will provide lunch for all those in attendance for orientation.
You will need to speak with your manager as they will be able to provide you with all of the necessary information regarding uniforms.
You will need to speak with your direct manager and they will be able to provide you with your schedule and any additional information.
You will complete payroll details including direct deposit, either on your first day or shortly there after.
Benefits will be discussed during orientation, but you should receive information within 30 days of starting employment.
If your start date is several weeks or months away, there's no need to worry. A member of our team will contact you within a few weeks of your first day to schedule your physical and employee health appointments.
If you are starting within the next month or less you should hear from a member of our team soon.
