Build confidence using AI for real Talent and HR work—not just experimentation.
Take away repeatable structures that make prompts clearer, more focused, and easier to reuse.
Shape more considered ways to bring AI into everyday people practices.
Leave with clear next steps for applying AI in your own Talent and HR context.
Bring structured AI capability into everyday Talent and HR work—so promising experiments become practices your team can use again and again.
AI can feel useful in the moment, yet stay difficult to apply consistently across real Talent and HR work.
The workshop adds structure: a clearer way to use AI in everyday work, repeat what works, and build practical capability over time.
Built for practical use—not passive AI inspiration.
Relevant learning for practitioners, partners, operators, and leaders across the people function.
